These Terms are a public offer from Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Sergeevich Saranov (IE Saranov A. S.), taxpayer number (INN) 081702723412, Moscow, Russian Federation (“we”, “the Seller”) to any person (“you”) to use Nomto at nomto.app and app.nomto.app on the conditions below. You accept them by creating an account or by paying for a pass.
1. The service
Nomto is an online service for exam preparation. For IELTS it offers Speaking practice with an AI examiner, Writing tasks with feedback, Reading and Listening practice tests and a full exam simulator. Answers are checked automatically and you receive an estimated band and comments on your mistakes.
The bands Nomto shows are practice estimates, not official IELTS results. Nomto is independent: IELTS is a trademark of its owners, and Nomto is not affiliated with or endorsed by the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
2. Your account
You sign up with an email address and a password. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Keep your password private: an account is for one person, and you are responsible for what is done with it.
3. Free access and the beta
Without paying you get a free starter set: 3 Speaking, 2 Writing, 3 Reading and 3 Listening tasks and 1 exam simulator run, each with a band and feedback.
During the public beta every account may receive full access free of charge. We will announce the end of the beta on the site in advance; free access granted for the beta ends on the announced date.
4. Passes and prices
Full access is sold as a one-off pass for a fixed number of days. Current passes: 3 days — $7.99; 7 days — $14.99; 3 months — $39.99; 6 months — $59.99. Prices are in US dollars and are listed on the pricing page and at checkout; the price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.
A pass opens all parts of the course for the number of days stated, counted from the moment of payment. It does not renew automatically and we do not charge your card again. If you buy a new pass before the current one ends, the days are added to the remaining ones.
To keep the service fair, a pass includes up to 30 AI-checked Speaking and Writing answers per day (UTC). The number of full exam simulator runs per day is also limited; the limit is shown in the practice room. Reading and Listening tests are not limited.
We may change prices in the future. A change never affects a pass you have already paid for.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by CloudPayments, a licensed payment provider. You pay by bank card or by another method shown on the payment page. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure page; we never see or store your card number.
If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may charge a fee for this.
6. Delivery of the service
Nomto is a digital service; nothing is shipped. After a successful payment, access opens automatically in your account at app.nomto.app, usually within a minute. The payment provider sends a receipt to your email. If access has not opened within an hour, write to us (section 12) and we will open it manually.
7. Refunds
You can ask for a refund in the cases and within the time described in the refund policy, which is part of these Terms.
8. Rules of use
Use Nomto for your own learning. Do not share your account, resell access, copy the task bank or the feedback in bulk, interfere with the service or try to get around the daily limits. Do not submit content that is illegal or that you have no right to use.
If these rules are broken we may suspend the account. In that case the unused part of a paid pass is refunded, unless the account was used for fraud.
9. Content and rights
Tasks, texts, recordings, feedback and software of Nomto belong to the Seller. Your answers remain yours; you allow us to process them to score them and show you your progress, as described in the privacy policy.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep Nomto available at all times, but there may be breaks for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If the service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row during your pass, we extend the pass by the time lost.
Nomto helps you prepare, but we cannot guarantee a particular result in a real exam. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in question.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. A change does not apply retroactively to a pass already bought. You can stop using Nomto and ask us to delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; write to us and we will reply within 10 days. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
