Last July, my husband and I went on a trip to China.

We bought the plane tickets online, and they were very cheap.

The flight was at eight in the morning, so we got up at five.

We took a taxi to the airport, and there were very few cars on the road.

When we got to the airport, my husband said he had left his watch at home.

I said, "That's OK, you have your phone."

The plane flew for eight hours.

On the plane, I watched two movies, and my husband slept for a long time.

When we got off the plane, it was very hot outside.

We took the subway to the hotel; the hotel was very close to the subway station.

Although we were tired, we were both very happy.
