Every day I get up at six thirty in the morning.

After I get up, I go for a run for half an hour.

At seven thirty, my wife and I have breakfast together.

My home is far from the office; it takes an hour by subway.

On the subway, I often read.

At noon I have lunch at a restaurant next to the office.

Work is very busy in the afternoon, and sometimes I'm still not off work at seven.

When I get home, I make dinner, and my wife helps me.

After dinner, we watch TV together for a while.

I go to bed at eleven, because I have to get up early again tomorrow.
