Bank clerk: Hello, what can I help you with today?

Anna: I'd like to get a bank card. I'm an international student and just arrived in China.

Bank clerk: All right. May I see your passport, please?

Anna: Here you are.

Bank clerk: Do you have a Chinese phone number?

Anna: Yes, I just got it last week.

Bank clerk: Please write your name and phone number here.

Anna: Done. I'd also like to exchange some money. Is that possible?

Bank clerk: Yes. There are quite a few people exchanging money today, so you may have to wait half an hour.

Anna: That's OK, I'm not in a hurry. When can I use the card?

Bank clerk: You can use it right away. Here's your card; please keep it safe.

Anna: Great. Can I use this card to shop online?

Bank clerk: Yes. If you have any problems, you can call this number.

Anna: Thank you!
