These days I can't live without my phone.

In the morning after I get up, the first thing I do is read the news on my phone.

On the subway, I use my phone to listen to music or read e-books.

At work, I get dozens of emails every day.

Shopping, ordering takeout, getting a taxi: you can do it all online.

I also often send photos to my mom and dad, who live in another city.

Phones are very convenient, but they have their downsides too.

For a while, I played games every night until very late.

The next day at work, my eyes hurt and my head hurt too.

Then I made a rule for myself: turn off my phone after eleven at night.

On weekends I leave my phone at home and go cycling in the park.

Now I sleep better, and I have more time to read and see friends.
